Top up a prepaid balance and send campaigns — you're charged only for messages that actually go out. Replies to customers within the 24-hour window are free. Every new account starts with ₹10 in free credits, and top-ups work over UPI, cards, and net-banking via Razorpay.
Message rates are set by Meta per conversation; we pass them through as credits so your monthly plan stays predictable and you never overpay.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and every business's data is strictly isolated from every other.
We use only Meta's approved WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Graph API — no unofficial workarounds.
